Real Estate WordPress Themes
I am very pleased to announce the official launch today of a new website called Real Estate WordPress Themes.
Over the past few months, I have received a significant amount of contact from real estate agents asking if I could customize Revolution themes for their business.
I started out by creating the Revolution Real Estate theme, but realized that there was so much demand from real estate agents to use WordPress as a publishing platform, that only offering one real estate theme wouldn’t be enough. Which is why I decided to develop an entire site to accommodate those who wanted to WordPress for real estate blogs and websites.
I am very proud also to announce that the Colonial Real Estate theme is now available, and you can view the demo of that theme to see how it looks.
What does this mean for Revolution theme users and All Inclusive members?
I know this is probably the first question that will be asked, so here ya go. The Real Estate WordPress Themes site is going to be it’s own entity - and the development & support of Revolution themes will not be affected (nor slowed) by the launching of this project.
Because I value and appreciate the community that has developed as a result of the Revolution themes, I am offering a 50% discount to Revolution clients for every Real Estate WordPress theme package that will be available. This is a lifetime discount and will never be reduced - if you are interested in obtaining the discount code, please feel free to contact me for it.
As is the case with Revolution, any Real Estate theme package that you purchase will count towards upgrading to a higher package. Once I release a second Real Estate WordPress theme, I will make an All-Inclusive package available and will also provide instructions on how you can upgrade if you are interested.
My hope is to release at least one real estate theme per month, which should hopefully encourage developers to go with the All-Inclusive package once it’s available. If you have any questions or comments regarding the Real Estate WordPress theme project, feel free to leave a comment.

I have been working on a similar idea but not with Real Estate, rather with Education in mind. I am planning to launch educationthemes.co.uk in the near future, probably in the holidays when I am not teaching!
I like it. Was this the theme you were twittering (is that even a word?) about? I’m curious to see what variations to the theme you’ll come up with.

Great concept, looking forward to see these. As a fly on the wall let me interject that “Real Estate Agents” “Real Estate Investors” and “Real Estate Clubs/Associations” are similar only in that they are inhabitants of the same industry but have very distinct needs and differences when it comes to what they look for in a site.

@Mark on the 29th April - I will keep an eye on this as it was something I was just this minute thinking about! I’ve literally just googled from “wordpress education themes” and was looking at Brian’s themes again to work out which would best suit my school (if I ever got round to saying I could improve what we currently have!)

This is a great price. Being a real estate agent I just stumbled on your site tonite. This would be great for niche sites as the cost is low.I just started my site sseveral months ago but will not hesitate to come back to your site again. eric

I love the idea of releasing Real Estate Themes and cannot wait to see what you come up with. I have developed a site for Atlanta condos and exploring providing individual sites for realtors that use my site. Any approximate release date on the next real estate theme?
