Confession time, and there’s no way out of this one for me. It’s been over a month since my last blog post, and that is completely unacceptable. For that I apologize…I suppose I have a legit excuse, as we have been packing and moving into our new house the past few weeks.
Anyhow, I humbly ask for your forgiveness for my lack of blogging, just been busy. Tomorrow morning I am pretty much back in action, so you’ll start to see more activity again from me… in the meantime, here’s a few things that I have planned to work on in the near future:
- Updating existing StudioPress themes with minor enhancements
- Launching two independent (from StudioPress) niche WordPress theme/community sites
- More frequent blogging/Twittering with what’s going on in my business world
Didn’t anyone ever tell you never to apologize for not blogging?
Yeah I know Randa – hard not to apologize when you go 30+ days without a simple post though!
I know how you feel – I have 4 half finished blog posts sitting in my drafts but can’t seem to find the time to just sit down and give them the final polish they require.
Sad thing is I can quite easily find the time to spend 4 hours on twitter/reddit and ultimately get nothing done either way!

Brian – Real life concerns trump virtual expectations every time. As for posting, I prefer the “meaty” ones that include some announcement, rather than “I have to post something – anything” notes that are akin to potato chips that just serve to keep your hands busy. At this point, your blog is like the mailbox; if you check and there is no mail, does that mean you don’t check the next day?
Congrats on your new home, I bet you and your wife are very excite and happy and enjoying your new adjustment as you are settling into your new home!! Glad the move was a safe one!!
Independent WordPress sites which sounds interesting, and I’m looking forward to that one, updates to the existing StudioPress Themes, and more posts from your good self! (Not only on your blog but Twitter too!) What more could we ask for?
