What is Your Lifesong?
I just got back from Church this morning, and am sitting in front of the TV watching a video of one of the Breast Cancer 3-Day events that Shelly and I walked in. It’s bringing on some memories, and making me think of what I stand for in life.
Why do I exist? What purpose do I have?
Not to sound overemotional, but I want to spend the next week trying to identify what my Lifesong is. I challenge those of you read this to do the same, and along the way post a comment to share.

I think mine would have to be The Dance by Garth Brooks. I try to look for the silver lining in everything bad that happens to me. If I didn’t do this then I wouldn’t have been able to experience that and that sort of thing. That’s what that song means to me. “I could have missed the pain but then I would have had to miss the dance.”
I believe we exist to distribute the life, love, light, power, peace, beauty and joy gifted to us by the Universal Mind or God. God created us to experience all that He created, to feel the breeze, to see the magnificent flora and fauna, to hear beautiful sounds, to taste the delicacies from earth and sea, to smell a fragrant flower, to love everyone as we are loved by our Creator.
Our purpose I believe is for expansion and fuller expression, to evolve through understanding our individual relationship with the Universal Mind and attain unity. What we create in our inner world will flow to our material world bringing health and happiness for all. This is my eternal lifesong.
You never told us what yours is.
