The Revolution Showcase
I’ve been really swamped these days with my freelance work, but I wanted to post a quick link to the Revolution showcase page. Here you can see how people have customized the theme!
I have to admit that I really enjoy seeing what people do with my themes, and have especially enjoyed seeing the sites using Revolution. I have received a lot of positive feedback, and overall, I’m really pleased with the reception that the WordPress community has given it.
So you want to see an amazing customization to the theme? Go see what Jonathan-C. Phillips did over at Freelance Folder.
Now that’s wicked good.

It only took about a day’s worth of work (amazing!), but I’ve done my business site (sparklingdawg.com) with the Revolution theme. This time I pushed things a lot farther than I had when I Revolution-ized my livingstonoutloud.com blog. I’ve incorporated scripts, bigger graphics, et cetera. But the best part was creating my own custom pages from your excellent variety of templates (Featured, News, Default, Archives), and then modifying sidebar styles to go with them. I’m just so pleased with what I can do with Revolution. All that’s left is to create a page for my portfolio, but I think that will be easy.
wow, thanx so much for the mention and linkage Brian! Revolution is an amazing theme!
It’s a fantastic design Brian. I used your Blue Zinfandel for a while and loved it until you released this theme. I plan to use it on a couple more sites after I have made the changes. Thanks for the great work and support.
