Four years ago I left my job to pursue a career as a freelance WordPress developer. Since then I founded a premium theme company called StudioPress and am currently a partner of Copyblogger Media.

For those of you who have followed me over the years, you know that my wife Shelly and I have participated in the 3-Day for the Cure. It’s an annual event that supports breast cancer research and each year we’re required to raise a minimum of $2,300.

I won’t try to convince you that walking 60 miles over a weekend is easy, but I will say that throughout the years it’s become easier for me.

Every couple months I have a Friday night where I’m inspired by incredible design.

It’s no secret that I’m schizophrenic when it comes to my site, so this shouldn’t come as a surprise to you. And I also enjoy trying to see how far I can take Genesis.
