Another Reason I Do What I Do

7

Once in a while I come across a site using one my themes that makes me remember why I do what I do. It’s kinda like a needle in a haystack, finding a site out of the 22,000+ links coming back to my blog here…

But that once in a while comes, well, once in a while.

Last night I came across a site that just made me smile. It was a wedding site, for Linz and Jess… two people getting ready to make one of the biggest decisions and commitments in their life, have decided to share it with the world, and used my theme to do so.

Seeing things like this, once again, remind me of why I do the things I do…

That is awesome, Brian. You do amazing work and it is paying off in many ways for you and your family.

I’m suprised you didn’t crash their site by doing this.

  3. Nah, why would you say that? ;)

I really like the Blue Zinfandel theme, and I may end up using it for my own blog soon, or possibly for another blog some day. Your post reminded me of the time I designed a wedding site for someone a few years ago. It was a fun experience because it brought back a lot of nice memories from my own wedding.

  5. I use a modified Vertigo Electrified. BTW, I found that there’s a missing in comments.php.

    Brian,

Thanks for the notice and the kind words. I just ran across your post and quickly showed my fiancé. We both got a kick out of it. Thanks for the opportunity to share our exciting moments with a few more people. Keep up the great work with the WP themes. I am thankful to have stumbled upon Blue Zinfandel. It was a joy to use.

    Much appreciated,

    Linz

  7. My pleasure Linz. I remember like it was yesterday planning for my wedding, and this year we’re celebrating our 5 year anniversary. Enjoy it, it goes quickly!
