I’m sure most of my diehard readers (if there are any) are amazed at the fact that I’ve gone almost a month without rebooting my site. I suppose I should call January 30th the day that the current version of my website was born.
A good friend of mine encouraged me to keep my current theme for a while, so I will. At least for another two months. This upcoming May 1st, I will be planning on participating in my first official CSS Reboot.
For those of you who don’t know what this is, the CSS Reboot is a community event for web professionals and enthusiasts. Every November 1st and May 1st at 18:00 GMT, Rebooters from all over the world launch their standards based website redesigns simultaneously; bringing traffic, interest and a little respect to their sites.
There are no prizes or arbitrary winners, just great exposure and the knowledge that we all participated in something great. So for the next two months, the design wheels in my head will be spinning. On May 1st, you can see what I came up with!
So until that day, I solemnly swear not to partake in any extra curricular design or reboot activities on my website.

I still don’t get what reboot means. Does it mean you put up a new design?
It means that the layout of the site changes..
I’ll bet you 5 bucks you can’t wait that long. lol Regardless, this latest theme works for you and it looks great!
You’re funny John! Do you say that because you, too, have a problem with keeping the same design on your site for some time???
LOL!
Yes, I think we both have an addiction, you’re just better at it than I am. lol I’m still not satisfied with the one I’m using now, it was just a change. So I don’t know what direction I’m going to go next.
Well, you should take the same vow as me then John. Wait till May 1st to do anything!
