When somebody removes themselves from your email list, it’s really difficult not to take it personally.

I know that when I shifted my content from business to personally, I had to deal with a mass exodus of subscribers.

It took some time to get over the fact that every time I posted, a number of folks got in line to exit the building. While I assumed I knew the reasons why, I never truly embraced them.
