My interest is anchored at the intersection of design and real estate, where I focus on creating signals, structure, and environments that determine how agents and teams show up consistently over time.
On the personal side, I recently moved to Phoenix, Arizona, which has given me a renewed perspective on work, lifestyle, and purpose.
